You're a remote employee or freelancer working for clients or an employer outside Thailand. You receive your income in a non-Thai currency and you can prove the relationship in writing (an employment contract, a service agreement, or repeat invoices). You are not employed by a Thai entity and you don't sell to Thai customers.

Each pathway has its own paperwork rhythm. Here's how the work splits between you and the preparer assigned to your file.
What you provide
- A signed remote-work contract OR three months of invoices from the same overseas client
- A letter from your employer or accountant confirming the arrangement
- Three months of bank statements showing the corresponding income
- Proof of THB 500,000 in personal funds (bank letter, fixed deposit, investment statement)
- Passport with at least six months validity and one full blank page
- Criminal-record clearance certificate from your country of citizenship or legal residence
- Proof of legal residence, if you are applying outside your country of citizenship
What we handle
- We translate your employment letter, draft the explanatory cover note in the format the embassy expects, format your bank statements into the verified-translation template, and make sure every PDF in the bundle matches the surname on your passport. Submission is through the Thai e-Visa portal, so there is no appointment to book — we tell you which mission covers you and what it expects.
The workcation timeline, day by day.
Every file we have prepared on this pathway since launch has followed broadly this rhythm. Posts vary — Berlin asks for more than London does — but you no longer get to pick between them: since 31 August 2026 your file goes to the Thai mission covering your country of citizenship, or a country where you hold provable legal residence. The median application moves through these phases on the schedule below.
