Each pathway has its own paperwork rhythm. Here's how the work splits between you and the preparer assigned to your file.
What you provide
- Hospital invitation letter with treatment plan and duration
- Estimate of total medical costs
- Proof of THB 500,000 in personal funds OR matching insurance coverage
- Passport with at least six months validity
- Criminal-record clearance certificate from your country of citizenship or legal residence
- Proof of legal residence, if you are applying outside your country of citizenship
What we handle
- We liaise with the hospital's international department, translate the treatment plan into the format embassies require, and ensure the cost estimate is broken out in the way the consular officer expects.

Every file we have prepared on this pathway since launch has followed broadly this rhythm. Posts vary — Berlin asks for more than London does — but you no longer get to pick between them: since 31 August 2026 your file goes to the Thai mission covering your country of citizenship, or a country where you hold provable legal residence. The median application moves through these phases on the schedule below.
