Each pathway has its own paperwork rhythm. Here's how the work splits between you and the preparer assigned to your file.
What you provide
- Acceptance letter from the school or camp
- The school's MOE / DOA registration certificate
- Course outline including hours per week
- Proof of THB 500,000 in personal funds
- Passport with at least six months validity
- Criminal-record clearance certificate from your country of citizenship or legal residence
- Proof of legal residence, if you are applying outside your country of citizenship
What we handle
- We collect the school's registration document directly from them, write the cover letter and submit your file together with a one-page programme summary in the format embassies expect.
The soft power timeline, day by day.
Every file we have prepared on this pathway since launch has followed broadly this rhythm. Posts vary — Berlin asks for more than London does — but you no longer get to pick between them: since 31 August 2026 your file goes to the Thai mission covering your country of citizenship, or a country where you hold provable legal residence. The median application moves through these phases on the schedule below.
