We are not part of, nor an agent of, the Royal Thai government, the Royal Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or any Royal Thai Embassy or consulate. We are not endorsed, certified or licensed by any of those bodies. We pay no introducer fee to, and receive no kickback from, any government body or commercial submission centre.
Every DTV visa decision is made solely by the relevant Royal Thai Embassy, consulate or e-visa system. Statements we make about likely outcomes are opinions based on our experience of comparable files. They are not promises.
03 · No guarantee of outcome
Our preparation work materially improves the chances of a clean approval. It does not guarantee it. Visa policy is a matter for the Thai government and can change at short notice. Consular practice is not uniform — the same file can be read differently at different consulates. Individual reviewers can take differing views of the same evidence. None of that is within our control.
Where we quote first-time approval rates (currently 94% across our last twelve months of files), those numbers are historical performance and not a forecast of any individual outcome. The headline number includes files where we declined to submit until specific evidence gaps were closed — applicants who insist on submission without that evidence may experience a different result.

We update our guides, articles and tools regularly, but Thai visa policy changes faster than any website. The information on thaivisapro.com is correct to the best of our knowledge at the date of publication or last update shown on each page. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, current or complete, and we are not liable for any reliance you place on it independently of a paid engagement.
