What's actually in each tier.
The same thirteen checkpoints make up every DTV file we send out. The difference is who does the work — and how many times we look.

Pricing FAQ
What you'll want to ask before paying.
Six honest answers to the questions every applicant asks before they hand over a card.
Are embassy fees included in your price?
No. The Royal Thai government collects its DTV fee directly at submission, in baht, and the amount varies by consulate. Expect 1,900 THB at the e-visa portal and up to 10,000 THB at certain in-person consulates. Our fee covers preparation only, paid once, before we begin work.
What happens if my application is rejected?
If a consulate returns your file for a fixable reason — wrong format, missing signature, an evidence gap we should have caught — we re-prepare and resubmit at no extra preparation fee on Checked and Concierge tiers. The new embassy fee is paid by you. If a consulate refuses on substantive grounds outside our control, we'll write a frank assessment of whether reapplication is realistic.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund applies before we open your file — that is, within 48 hours of payment, provided we haven't started drafting. Once preparation begins, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is non-recoverable. The full policy lives in our Terms of Service and is summarised on every receipt.
Is there a discount for multiple applicants?
Yes. Concierge bundles a primary applicant plus up to three dependants on the same file. Beyond four people, each additional dependant is added at a reduced rate. Group bookings of unrelated applicants — for instance, a Muay Thai cohort — are quoted on enquiry.
Who actually submits the application?
That depends on your tier. On Checked, you file the application yourself — through the e-visa portal or in person at a Royal Thai consulate — with our cover note and a tracked checklist. On Concierge, we handle submission for you, lodging the file with the embassy or e-visa portal on your behalf. Either way, the government fee is paid directly to the consulate and the decision rests solely with them.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay through Stripe. UK bank transfer for invoices above a fixed threshold. We do not accept cryptocurrency or cash. All prices include applicable taxes and a full receipt is issued by email within minutes of payment.
